TVA Allen Combined Cycle Plant

Project Location: Memphis, TN
Specs: Work consisted of developing and building over 1,000,000 SF of lay down area for the new $500 Million natural gas powered power plant. The areas were cleared and stabilized with Portland Cement before an aggregate base was added.
